15 years. Inside ecommerce businesses, as the people accountable for the technology. We’ve done this before:

1. Consolidated multiple ecommerce brands, storefronts and back offices into one operation after acquisitions.
2. Replatformed established retailers onto Shopify Plus, with the ERP, warehouse and marketing stack rewired behind them.
3. Implemented and integrated ERP across ecommerce, trade and B2B channels.
4. Built warehouse scanning and fulfilment software that runs on the shop floor.
5. Run multi-brand, multi-market commerce day to day, not on a slide.
6. Built the data pipelines and reporting the finance team actually uses.

We still write the code. The people you talk to are the people doing the work.
